Spaces

The trullo covers approximately 89 sqm and has been restored in full respect of traditional Apulian architecture, preserving the original stonework and blending it with contemporary elements that make the spaces comfortable and functional. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of a living area within the main trullo housing the kitchen, dining area and lounge with fireplace, two main bedrooms and a third, versatile room that can be used as an extra bedroom or relaxation space. There are two full bathrooms and a laundry area, while comfort is ensured by air conditioning and underfloor heating, along with everything needed for a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property with no shared spaces, including the trullo, the lamia, the private pool with hydromassage area, the solarium, the furnished veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners, the panoramic terrace, the barbecue and the private on-site parking, ensuring maximum freedom and privacy throughout the stay.

The neighborhood

The property is located in the Ostuni countryside, along the scenic road connecting to Ceglie Messapica — a strategic position for exploring the entire Itria Valley. From here it's easy to reach Ostuni with its striking white old town, Ceglie Messapica known for its culinary tradition, Alberobello with its UNESCO World Heritage trulli, Locorotondo and Martina Franca with their charming historic centres, as well as the beautiful Adriatic beaches and the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, one of Puglia's most beautiful protected areas.

Getting around

A car is recommended to reach the property and to move comfortably between the countryside, villages and sea. The property has private on-site parking and is located about 4 km from Ostuni's old town, 7 km from Ceglie Messapica, about 15–20 minutes from the Adriatic beaches, and about 39 km from Brindisi Airport, easily reached by taxi or rental car.

House rules

At check-in, guests will be asked to provide a valid ID document and sign the rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and guests are kindly asked to sort waste correctly before check-out, following the instructions provided. The city tax is €2 per person per day, paid through the online check-in procedure.
