Definitions
"Site": an online platform for booking holiday homes.
‘Customer’: a person who books a holiday home through the site.
‘Owner’: owner of the holiday home.
‘Facility’: holiday home available for booking.
2. Booking
The booking is completed via the site. The Client receives confirmation by email only after payment has been made.
3. Prices and Payment
The prices include the stay and the services described. Additional costs (cleaning, taxes, etc.) are specified at the time of booking.
Payments must be made by credit card or other methods available on the website.
4. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by Establishment and are indicated prior to booking confirmation.
Changes to the booking must be requested from our support and may incur additional costs.
5. Obligations of the Client
The Client agrees to provide correct information and to abide by the rules of the Facility.
He/she is responsible for damages to the Facility during the stay.
6. Obligations of the Owner
The Owner guarantees that the Facility is available and complies with the safety regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
The website acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for problems related to the Facility or the stay.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation, within [number of days] of the booking.
