Prices include the stay and listed services.
Additional costs (cleaning, city tax, extra services, etc.) are shown before confirmation.
Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed before booking confirmation.
Only bookings with free cancellation may be cancelled without penalty within the stated period.
Changes must be requested through customer service and may incur fees.

Second Home by Fattapposta Service acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Owner and is not liable for issues or disruptions beyond its direct control.
