The space
The property extends over approximately 120 sqm and has been carefully restored in respect of traditional Apulian architecture, preserving the original stonework while combining it with modern design elements to ensure comfort and functionality. It can comfortably host up to 6 guests and features a living area set within the original trullo, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace. There are two main bedrooms and a third flexible room that can be used either as an additional bedroom or a relaxing living space. The house also includes two full bathrooms and a laundry area, with modern comforts such as air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property with no shared spaces, including the trullo and lamia, the private swimming pool, sun deck, furnished veranda for outdoor dining, panoramic terrace, barbecue area, and private on-site parking, offering complete freedom and privacy throughout the stay

The property is located in the countryside of Ostuni along the scenic road leading to Ceglie Messapica, a strategic position to explore the Valle d’Itria. From here it is easy to reach Ostuni, the famous White City, Ceglie Messapica known for its outstanding culinary tradition, Alberobello with its UNESCO-listed trulli, Locorotondo and Martina Franca with their charming old towns, as well as the beautiful Adriatic beaches and the protected natural reserve of Torre Guaceto
Getting around
A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area. The property includes private parking on site and is located about 4 km from Ostuni’s historic center, 7 km from Ceglie Messapica, 15–20 minutes from the Adriatic beaches, and around 39 km from Brindisi Airport, which is easily reachable by taxi or rental car
House rules
At check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo ID and sign a rental agreement in accordance with Italian law. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and guests are kindly asked to properly separate and dispose of waste before check-out following the provided recycling instructions. The city tax is €2 per person per day and must be paid through the online check-in procedure
