Access to the property is via a flight of steep stairs. On the first level, you are welcomed into a cozy sitting room with a sofa bed, followed by a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a half bath, and a shower booth located along the stairway. Ascending another flight of stairs leads to the second level, which features a second half bath and a bright master bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The bedroom offers direct access to the highlight of the home: a private rooftop terrace equipped with outdoor seating, perfect for sunny breakfasts and evening drinks. Air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with no shared areas, including the sitting room, dining area with kitchenette, half baths, master bedroom, and private furnished terrace. Please note: due to the steep stairs, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

A car is recommended for exploring the area; public parking is available nearby. The property is about a 10-minute drive from Savelletri beach, 50 km from Bari Airport, and 55 km from Brindisi Airport. Fasano train station is just a few minutes away by taxi or bus.

Valid IDs for all guests and the signature of a short-term rental contract (as required by Italian law) are required at check-in. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and guests must follow waste recycling guidelines. Any applicable city tourist tax will be communicated and collected during check-in.
