The apartment, accessed via an entrance staircase, is set entirely on a single level with great attention to detail. The interiors are dominated by majestic vaulted ceilings that grant a sense of spaciousness and charm. The living area features an equipped kitchenette and a bright dining area opening onto a small private balcony. The sleeping area hosts a spacious master bedroom, enhanced by stone features and equipped with a second private balcony, as well as a refined pass-through en-suite bathroom with a large shower cabin. Maximum comfort is ensured by air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi connection.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with no shared spaces, including the kitchenette, dining area, master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and two private balconies, thus guaranteeing complete autonomy, freedom, and privacy throughout their stay.

The property is located in the center of Fasano, a strategic position for exploring the Itria Valley and the Adriatic coast. Typical restaurants, bars, and artisan shops are just a short walk away. Within a few minutes' drive, you can reach the renowned beaches and seaside villages of Savelletri and Torre Canne, the famous Fasano Zoosafari, and the picturesque historic centers of Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, and Locorotondo.

To best explore the region, using a car is recommended. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property. The apartment is about a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Savelletri, around 50 km from Bari Airport, and approximately 55 km from Brindisi Airport. The Fasano train station is just a few minutes away by taxi or local bus.

At check-in, a valid ID card or passport will be required for each guest, along with the signing of the tourist rental agreement as required by Italian law. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and guests are requested to manage waste recycling properly according to the provided instructions. Any tourist tax will be indicated and paid through the check-in procedures communicated by the host.
